When replacing a battery in any one of your electronic devices, a lithium ion battery that is rechargeable is a very good option. 3.6 V Li-ion rechargeable batteries perform very well over longer periods of time and in various domestic and commercial applications. In fact, lithium has the top spot in regards to energy to weight ratio when compared to other metals.
Why a Li-ion rechargeable battery?

Are there different types of Li-ion batteries?
Lithium ion cells can be found in various types of rechargeable batteries of different shapes and sizes from manufacturers such as Samsung, Nitecore, LG and others. Some of these different types are:
- Lithium Ion AA Battery. AA batteries are commonly used in portable electronic devices. AA batteries have long been used in flashlights and electrical novelties, so using a lithium rechargeable battery makes economic sense.
- Lithium AAA Battery. AAA or triple-A batteries are most often used in low-drain electronic devices, such as TV remote controls, MP3 players and digital cameras.
