So I really like these 1030s. They let me do what I do. Fps
.. I love 1030s I have so much even took a chance I bought one of those China ones. They are all working great. 30 watts I'm playing gta 5. The secret trick on these run at 720p with a high end Samsung 32 inch 720p HDr. The HDr washes out all the so called removing detail when you turn it down. I definitely can't tell the difference neither can my friends and man I hang out with a ton of gamers. At first I don't tell them so they automatically are like no way. But then I get like gta 5 going or fortnite or rise of tomb raider. I always ask them what you think the settings are on? They always say high maybe ultra. No one has 21 ever been like that's definetly lowerd settings. HDr is worth it I know it's 35 dollars more at my store best buy for HDr. So I bought a different brand with HDr that's 720p and tried it. Specter Walmart special lol. Looks as good too. So if you like seeing budget hardware do it's Thang buy one. BTW I have better cards on paper. But these are fun to Tinker with almost like over clocking tell you hit that number that everyone said no way. 1060 is on the shelf. Kinda stupid of me i know.i like to improve things myself. It's boring just to throw a card in and play everything on highest. With no effort on my part. I guess some people don't get a kick out of stuff like I do. But alot of people have been like how did you figure this out? I ordered a TV for guest room best buy I didn't even think they made 720p with HDr lol. That doesn't even sound right. I'm so glad I figured it out because I bet maybe someone on a budget wants to play on same quality as a 580 or 1070 does. Just the pictures not fps. I'll keep trying new ways with budget stuff so fun.

I'm not a gamer, but this Gigabyte GT1030 OC works great for multi-use PCs
I have two of these Gigabyte brand GT1030 OC (2GB) graphics cards in our two 11 years old HP Pavilion Elite towers and these cards work great! I replaced 7 & 9 year old EVGA graphics cards that had only 1GB memory and the fans kept stopping at inappropriate times, to the point the computer would shut down & reboot. Vacuuming & blowing out any dust & particulate matter didn't help....AND those fans were loud. This Gigabyte GT1030 OC fan is really quiet. It's a soft hum. Now, we're not serious gamers. We do a mix of processes on our HP's like, but not limited to: Watching videos, Microsoft Office, graphic editing, machine embroidery software, Internet surfing, Skype, etc. and these cards are fine. Although I do sometimes play Fortnite Battle Royale (for kicks) on my HP Omen laptop, and it works fine with the OEM Nvidia GT1060 (6GB), I'm not able to test Fortnite on either of our HP towers because the processors are way to slow, which is only going to slow down the graphics even more in an online game.

Great card but not for serious gamers.
Do you want a graphics card to game with? You might want to look elsewhere. Do you want to surf the web, perform productivity tasks, or have your cable T.V. streaming to your monitor? If so, this is your card. A 300 watt power supply forces you to be a tad stingy on juice going to the card and so far I haven't regretted this choice. Anything over what you need is a waste and under what you need will disappoint. I'm not much on sticking out my chest and crowing about how I have the latest, greatest, most "up-to-datest" graphics card. I want what I need...no more...no less. This card fits the bill nicely. Let others spend tons of money. Unless you are serious about games, this card is better than UHD 630 and isn't going to cost you a fortune. Heck, I'm running a 27" 4K monitor on this card. A 1080P would be no problem.

Great cheap card.
I bought this card in/around november 2020. It arrived about two weeks later and I opened it up, included in the box is the GPU, some screws and adapters. I popped it into my Dell Optiplex 3010 MT running with a old HDD of about 500gb, 8gb of ram, an i5-3470, and the newly added GT 1030. On fortnite creative it will run all low settings except for max render distance and anti aliasing set to high on 48-60 fps average, keep in mind this was tested in creative. It will run minecraft 1.16.4 maximum settings at upwards of 100 fps, it will run skyrim SE at max graphics at high fps, with mods. It will run TF2 smoothly, overall its a great budget card for someone trying to play some lighter titles, it isnt no RX 580 but it performs well for the price.

A good calue card but make sure it fits your case
The product itself is fine. The problem with this model is that it is not a low profile card so it will not fit in a smll form factor pc. With a larger case like a mid tower that would accommodate the card a person can simply buy a much more powerful card such as a 570 or 1060 for similar money. It should be used by people who are not looking to upgrde a power supply and are comfortable streaming video at 4k at playing games at 1080p at low settings. I would recommend it for someone with an office pc that they would like to occassionally play games or edit video or stream video, or for a home entertainment system that you wish to run via a pc.

Low Profile GPU for Small Form Factor Computers
I use these GT 1030 in small gaming machines, they work well and don't generate a ton of heat. Can't get into the types of games I play just look up emulation and you'll understand why this Graphics Card is popular.

Great so far for a VM passthrough card.
This GPU is working great so far as a passthrough card for a Windows VM that I aim to play older games on that won't work on WINE/Proton very well or at all on the host system.

Great for smaller steam games.
Very easy to install. Just wanted a small boost over a stock dell pc so I could play some small steam games. This is great for the value. Included driver disk made it all very easy.

Great for the price and certain systems
Great card for a low profile system, and works on my 255W PSU despite having a 300W requirement, would suggest to anyone using a low profile system and needing a graphics card.
