    The Classic Tool Watch With a Legacy Like None Other

    The Omega Speedmaster Professional does not require an endorsement from me or anyone else. It is a tribute to engineering greatness, or so says NASA in certifying it as the official watch for manned space missions. The fact that it was the first watch worn on the moon in 1969 proves its legacy. As an every day watch how is it? It is perfect. The accuracy is better than any of the other watches in my collection. You do have to wind it, but winding becomes a welcome ritual that allows you to interact with the watch each day. It is extremely easy to read. At a quick glance, you have the time easily and effortlessly. The stopwatch has come in handy on more than one occasion as well. And there's the added benefit that you're wearing a legendary watch on your wrist. Sure, it's a little quirky; the hessalite crystal and the daily winding, the manual pressure on the stem it takes to "hack" the watch when setting time, but these things are what makes it so endearing. It's a watch that you know won't let you down. Buy one, and wear it proudly!

    Classic, historic, understated, and a pain to wind if you don't love the Speedy. Abrupt case edges, not sharpe.

    This watch has history (aeronautics), engineering (co-axial movement), and timeless classic styling. The Moonwatch is understated and doesn't draw much attention except from enthausists. The 2022 model's case has abrupt edges, but sharp is exagerated. The bracelet tapers from 20mm to 15 at the clasp, which is a bit much. There should be a glide lock system. The adjustable clasp from the Chronoscope (16mm) should work. The bracelet does pull on hair a bit. Grooming helps. With a 50 hr. power reserve and being non-automatic, it should be wound carefully daily. Overwinding will hurt it, but if you go slowly, you can feel its limit. It is harder to wind than something with a screwdown crown. It can be a pain and annoying if you're in a hurry. Decent lume with mediocre longevity.

    Omega speedmaster the man on the moon!

    Very nice looking and functional watch, When purchasing a watch like this ask the seller any questions you may have. Always buy the seller and check his or her feedback carefully. I am pleased with my purchase, E-bay sent the watch to a Authenticator to make sue the watch was Original. The Authenticator Does Not check the timing of the watch so you should ask the seller if the watch is keeping good time and functioning as it should. When you receive your new watch the first thing to do is fully wind up the power supply and see if the watch is keeping good time and functions are working properly . Just my opinion good fortune in your watch collecting journeys.

    The Classic Moonwatch

    The Speedmaster needs no real introduction for timepiece aficionados. The history of this timepiece as well as its more recent improvements make it a true bargain in terms of quality, accuracy, and price. I have owned this beauty for a bit less than three weeks, and it has gained a paltry 14s in 17 days; far within the 2s/ day COSC standard which Rolex- in particular- seems to so proud of recently. For 25% the cost of a Rolex Daytona, and with a storied history equal to or even more important than that benchmark timepiece, the Speedmaster is a must have for any serious collector of fine timepieces.

    Mesmerizing

    I've played with the idea of owning this time piece for some time but never actually liked the way it felt on my wrist (older versions)... i went to my AD and tried on this newest version and WOW what a difference. The way it felt and looked in the mirror had me convinced they got it 1000000% right. I had purchased within a week of it being on my wrist and I'm so glad it's the centerpiece to my collection. A+++

    The Most Widely Recognized Watch

    The Omega Speedmaster Peofessional Moonwatch is an iconic watch. It is a very well made watch that was first introduced in 1957 I like the 42mm size and the stainless steel bracelet. It is very comfortable to wear and with the white against the black dial, easy to read. This is a watch every collector wants in their collection however anyone will enjoy this watch for many years.
